Summary We are looking for a responsible van driver to transport our school age children to and from their elementary schools in the morning & afternoon, as well as working with the school agers after school and on breaks when public schools are closed. The hours are between 12:00-6:30pm. If you have any further questions please give us a call at 407 889 XXXX. Duties Ensure the safety and supervision of children during transport to schools, field trips, and other locations as approved by the Center Director Comply with Apopka Child Academy and all governmental regulations regarding the care of children Keep Administration informed of any necessary information regarding the care and safety of children Help with and take on responsibility in other daily center duties, as needed Transport center vehicle for servicing (oil change, state inspections, etc.), as needed Attend and participate in all staff meetings, center events, and parent/customer meetings, as request Create/implement activites for school age children Requirements Background check if approved Complete transportation course on ELC website Complete first aid & cpr and bloodborne pathogens Fire extinguisher training Review van sign in/out log and attendance Turn off the van/and alarm system Nice To Haves Complete the 45 hours training Benefits Holiday Bonus Anniversary Incentive Birthday Gift Bi-Annually Bonus Supplemental Insurance Retirement / 401(K) 3% employer match after year 1 Commercial cell phone plan rate at AT&T Paid attendance for trainings Paid staff meetings & complimentary dinner
