Key Responsibilities: 1 Building Surveys: Conduct thorough and accurate building surveys, backssments, and inspections. Prepare detailed reports outlining findings, recommendations, and necessary actions. Project Management: Oversee and manage construction and refurbishment projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. Compliance and Regulations: Stay informed and up: to: date on building regulations, health and safety standards, and industry best practices. Ensure all projects and building activities comply with relevant regulations and guidelines. Condition backssments: backss the condition of buildings and structures, identifying maintenance needs and potential risks. Develop strategies for proactive maintenance and improvement. Budgeting and Cost Estimation: Provide accurate cost estimates for proposed projects and maintenance activities. Assist in developing and managing budgets for building: related projects. Client Communication: Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and external partners. Communicate effectively to understand and meet client expectations. Technical Expertise: Utilise advanced technical knowledge in building construction, materials, and systems to solve complex issues. Stay informed about industry advancements and incorporate innovative solutions where applicable. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
