The Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for Building Surveyor open to level to join our client. You will be focusing on TDD & Dilapidations for various commercial real estate properties. Responsibilities: Act as a primary contact for building surveying instructions in the Midlands. Conduct surveys for vendors and pre-acquisition backssments of commercial properties. Assist building/quantity surveying teams in tasks related to dilapidations, TDD, and measured surveys. Cultivate and oversee robust stakeholder relationships, secure new business, and deliver exceptional customer care. Mentor and support junior staff, including graduates. Collaborate with directors and associates to coordinate workloads across nearby offices. Requirements: Previously worked as a Building Surveyor or in a similar role. Prior experience in diverse commercial real estate sectors. Experience in a similar building/real estate consultancy. Skilled in TDD, dilapidations, and building surveys. Competent in project related tasks. Desirable Knowledge about the local market, capable of growing a robust network of contacts and business opportunities.
