BUILDING SUPERINTENDENT - Full Time Regina's Place Good Shepherd is committed to providing person-centered health, housing and human services and to working to build health, resilient communities found on the principle of social justice Regina's Place is a 15 unit fully furnished, transitional housing program for young parents and their children The young parents living at Regina's Place receive support and programming, including life skills, goal setting and child development, designed to break barriers for multiple generations. Preferred candidates will have experience in building maintenance/systems and cleaning. Attention to detail and an ability to work in a fast-paced work environment are essential. M ain responsibility will be daily cleaning of all common areas, minor maintenance in the units, unit turnovers, garbage, and recycling. The Superintendent will also be responsible for snow removal and cleaning of the childing minding and school space and/or other duties as they relate to building maintenance. There will be no office or Tribunal responsibilities. The building superintendent will be required to live on site Demonstrated commitment to the mission values of availability, flexibility, adaptability, hospitality and dignity.
