Summary of the Role: Reporting to the Division Manager, the Building Operator will be responsible for monitoring, operating, and inspecting a 24-hour operational two story, 100,000 square foot building with respect to mechanical, electrical, BAS, security and life safety systems and equipment. Key Responsibilities: Operate all systems and equipment in accordance with design conditions and established procedures for safety, comfort, and economy whilst conforming to all applicable codes / regulations.
