Volt is immediately hiring a Building Maintenance Worker in Saint Paul, MN As a Building Maintenance Worker, you will: * Installs, adjusts, repairs, maintains buildings/facilities equipment including ceiling/floor tiles, wallpaper, door hardware. * Other duties may include painting, carpentry, and replacing minor electrical equipment. Driving Forklift and will train on-site if they don't have the experience.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS | EDUCATION: * High School Diploma or GED is required. * 1 to 3 years of experience preferred in Facilities/Building Maintenance. * Previous experience with HVAC, Boilers, RTUs, etc.Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PMThis is a Full-time, Contract opportunity.Pay Rate: $24- $25 per hour.*The pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
