You will be responsible for supervising the property's complete maintenance and routine processes to make it fully functional, enjoyable, and safe. Responsibilities: • Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines• Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments• Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations• Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly• Remain on-call in case of emergencies by keeping a phone on hand Qualifications: • Driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory• The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required• Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills• This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED• Experience with facilities management software is preferred About Company: The Cambria® Hotel Milwaukee Downtown is located in the Westown neighborhood near Historic Third Ward.
