You will be responsible for supervising the property's complete maintenance and routine processes to make it fully functional, enjoyable, and safe. Responsibilities: • Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staff• Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment• React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts• Maintain all of the hotel's equipment and preventative maintenance plans• Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations• CPO• HVAC Qualifications: • Driver’s license and outstanding driving record is necessary• This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.• Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed• You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role• Experience with facilities management software is preferred Compensation: $15 - $17 hourly About Company: As a hotel management company, we strive to: “Provide exceptional service to our guests by empowering our team to consistently deliver the spirit of hospitality.” We understand what it takes to be a part of something great.
