You will be responsible for supervising the property's complete maintenance and routine processes to make it fully functional, enjoyable, and safe. Responsibilities: • React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts• Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly• Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staff• Work in collaboration with other technicians who will assist you with a variety of maintenance tasks• Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures Qualifications: • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary• Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent GED• You should have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.• Driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory• 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role About Company: We're off I-395/I-95, across the street from Springfield Town Center mall. Fort Belvoir military base is nine miles away and we're a half-hour drive from Washington DC. We offer a free shuttle to and from Franconia-Springfield Metro Station, less than two miles away.
