Job Title: Building Maintenance Technician Location: Elite Sports Clubs - Glendale Experience: 5+ years of similar experience Job Duties: Maintenance Mastery: Use your expertise to perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs. Troubleshooting Expert: Identify and diagnose equipment and facility issues, and implement effective solutions to resolve them promptly. Safety First: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe and secure environment for members and staff. Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to prolong the life of equipment and facilities. Jack of All Trades: Be ready to tackle any maintenance challenge that comes your way, from fixing leaky faucets to repairing fitness equipment. Team Player: Collaborate with other departments and team members to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure smooth operations. Quality Assurance: Uphold Elite Sports Clubs' standards of excellence by delivering high-quality workmanship and attention to detail in all maintenance tasks. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving measures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
