Description:
Thompson Engineering is looking for a Building Envelope SME to work on a large construction program at Tyndall AFB, FL. Assignment will be for 1 year (base) and 4 optional years. Minimum of 5 years of experience in multimillion-dollar DOD projects. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 10 years of experience with building envelope and air barrier construction and testing Must demonstrate experience with reviewing testing procedures and testing reports as well as experience with witnessing and evaluating air barrier efficacy Experience with military construction and the Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS) is preferred Excellent math skills Proficient in Microsoft Office These characteristics are a plus: Military Construction experience Air Force Installation Experience State of Florida experience Corps of Engineers experience with Resident Management System (RMS)
