Key Responsibilities: Budgeting and Forecasting: Leads the planning and forecasting process with business partners and cross-functional teams for their respective areas Compiles inputs and underlying assumptions, coupled with own knowledge and expertise of business areas, to create long range plans, budgets, and forecasts using financial reporting systems and tools, as well as Excel and PowerPoint - for Executive Committee review and approval Assist in creating presentations of these plans to be shared with Board of Directors for approval Analysis and Reporting: Analyzes financial results to understand and communicate variances to budgets/forecast Creates timely and insightful monthly reporting packages for their respective areas, as well as contributes to company level reporting that is shared with leadership as well as the Board of Directors Provides general ad hoc analysis and business decision support for the organization Creates comprehensive and periodic reports to be shared with business partners and leadership Strategy and Projects as assigned: Provides analysis for key business decisions by assisting in the creation of business investment cases Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or experience in a similar role CPA, CMA, MBA, or any related master's degree is a plus but not required 3-5 years of Financial Analysis or related experience Experience with input and reporting in financial systems (Microsoft Dynamics 2009, Tableau, Vena Solutions) Ability to organize and manipulate data to communicate clear, concise results and analysis Highly confident in business communication skills Motivated, independent worker who can also collaborate well with others Knowledge of accounting principles Highly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines at once Compensation and Benefits: Competitive market salary and bonus program Competitive benefit package to include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, paid holidays, float days, and several other voluntary benefits 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan along with company match!
