Our organization is unique in providing services to members that range from Pharmacy, Psychiatry, Family Practice, Integrative Case Management, Therapy, Transportation, and Housing. Our programs are patient-centric with the goal of reducing hospitalization costs, but ultimately improve patient outcomes. We are looking for candidates to participate in our integrated BST/PSR department. We understand BST/PSR to be an adjunct service, which operates under the mentoring and direction of our licensed therapists. Essential Functions: Coupled with our licensed therapists, BST/PSR providers will provide the necessary skills to meet the requirements of expected Medicaid chapter 400 services. F ocuses on helping the patients with behavior management, social competency, problem identification and resolution, effective communication, moral reasoning, self-sufficiency, and life goals Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Communication Proficiency. Ethical Conduct. Personal Effectiveness/Credibility. Problem Solving/Analysis. Thoroughness. Personality must be patient, caring, and professional. Position Type: Contract Education and Experience: Psychosocial Rehabilitation providers: A Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Community Health Sciences, Health Ecology, Public Health, Social Work, Human Development & Family Studies, Early Childhood Education, Nursing, Speech Pathology and Anthropology; or an Associate's Degree in a Human Services related field with a minimum of 4 years related experience. Basic Skills Trainers: High school Diploma or GED Equivalent, experience with mental illness preferred but not required. Additional Qualifications: Must be able to pass a drug and background check.
