As a bricklayer in our repairs and maintenance department, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the structural integrity and aesthetics of our properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of bricklaying tasks, including repairs, renovations, and new construction projects. This is a contract role based in the vibrant Middlesbrough area. Key Responsibilities: Carry out bricklaying tasks efficiently and to a high standard. Perform repairs and maintenance on a variety of housing projects. Work collaboratively with other tradespeople and contractors. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times. Provide excellent craftsmanship to contribute to the overall quality of our housing stock. Requirements: NVQ level 2 or equivalent within the trade. CSCS card. Asbestos awareness. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high: quality work. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to construction.
