Bricklayer Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne Salary: A GBP 30,296 : A GBP 33,024 per annum Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:45: 16:15 / Friday 07:45: 12:45 The Role If you are self: motivated, time served and capable of working alone as well as part of a multi: skilled team, this is an opportunity for you to commence a career within a Council you can be proud to work for. You will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of Bricklaying tasks including repair, removal and replacement of a wide range of Concrete and Masonry products, both internal and external, you will be provided with a van for work purposes. The Council have several new opportunities for qualified Bricklayers to join them within their busy Planned Maintenance team. Reporting to a Repairs and Construction Manager you will be expected to work on a variety of properties and schemes including minor refurbishments, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with relevant regulations, practices and standards.
