Job Title: Breakfast Chef Salary: €2,300 – €2,600 gross per month Location, Amsterdam, Netherlands This is an fantastic opportunity to work in a high quality, best guest experience and amazing work environment. One of the coolest and trendier restaurants in Amsterdam is looking for a Breakfast chef to join their team As Breakfast Chef you have a passion for delivering consistent, high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen. You will be responsible. Tasks Design and create the menu Responsible for the training and mentoring of the team Participating in the day-to-day operations and demonstrating a strong service philosophy Manage the ordering, inventory, and storage of the restaurant's most important products Create prep lists for kitchen crew Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations. Establish maintenance and cleaning schedules for equipment, storage, and work areas Work from 5:30am to 1:30pm on weekdays and in the weekend from 6:30am to 2:30pm Skills and experience Always looking to maintain high standards and genuinely cares about the quality of the food Excellent communication and problem solving skills With previous experience in a similar role in a hotel or a restaurant Demonstrated knowledge of culinary techniques and practices Understanding of menu and recipe development techniques Strong leadership abilities Awareness of culinary trends Understanding of health and sanitation laws Previous kitchen management experience Fluent in English Job Title: Breakfast Chef Salary: €2,300 – €2,600 gross per month Location, Amsterdam, Netherlands If you would like to have more information about the role, please apply or send your cv to maria@Get social……http: ////COREcruitment DOTcom/Tweet us @COREcruitment.
