HB Capital Group is currently seeking a full-time, on-site Brand Director to join our team in Miami, FL (33160) . About the Role: As the Brand Director at HB Capital Group, you will play a pivotal role in launching a new luxury and lifestyle hotel brand, shaping its identity, and positioning it in the market. You will be responsible for developing and executing the brand strategy to drive brand awareness, customer loyalty, and revenue growth. This role requires a unique blend of creative vision, business acumen, and experience in luxury and lifestyle branding to ensure the success of the new brand in a competitive industry. Additionally, you will work directly with ownership to align brand strategies with the company's vision and goals and oversee the marketing and brand execution for multiple food and beverage outlets within the hotel. What You'll Do: Lead the development and execution of the brand strategy for the new luxury and lifestyle hotel brand, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish the brand's positioning, messaging, and visual identity within the luxury and lifestyle segments. Drive brand awareness and customer engagement through innovative marketing campaigns, advertising, social media, and public relations efforts tailored to the luxury and lifestyle audience. Manage the launch of the new luxury and lifestyle brand, including coordinating all marketing and communication activities to create a strong market presence in the high-end hospitality sector. Work directly with ownership to ensure that brand strategies align with the company's vision and goals. Oversee the marketing and brand execution for multiple food and beverage outlets within the hotel, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy. Conduct market research and analysis specific to the luxury and lifestyle segments to identify opportunities for brand growth and development in these niche markets. Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics within the luxury and lifestyle segments to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions. Manage the brand budget effectively and ensure ROI on all brand-related investments within the luxury and lifestyle space. Establish and maintain relationships with key partners, agencies, and vendors with experience in luxury and lifestyle branding to support brand initiatives. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in luxury and lifestyle branding to continuously improve and evolve the brand strategy. Our Ideal Candidate: Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience as a Brand Director or in a similar role within the hospitality industry, with a focus on luxury and lifestyle branding. Skills and Abilities Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a strong business acumen in the luxury and lifestyle segments. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making. Experience with brand management software and tools is a plus.
