A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BRANCH MANAGER As our Branch Manager, you play a vital role in growing relationships and sharing about the great products and services that we offer. You'll be responsible for efficiently managing all functions, staffing, and daily operations of a full-service branch. As the Branch Manager you are the primary contact for Horicon Banks most valued deposit customers, establish and retain banking relationship; oversee the operation and maintenance of the location. This role is responsible for managing frontline staff, coordinating schedules and ongoing staff training. You'll be the mentor that supports employees while also holding them accountable to live the Horicon Bank mission and virtues. You gain great satisfaction in supplying significant banking services to our community . BRANCH MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma 5 years of previous banking and/or 5 years of management experience Previous experience with new account opening desired. Are you a strong communicator? Do you have excellent organization and time management skills? Can you efficiently prioritize multiple tasks? Is attention to detail your strong suit? Are you calm under pressure? If yes, we want you on our banking team! BRANCH MANAGER WORK SCHEDULE Your schedule as a full-time Branch Manager is typically Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM with an average of 40 hours per week. Your flexibility provides excellent customer service on some Saturdays.
