New Job Opportunity - Bookkeeper: New and exciting job opportunity with a client based out of Newport, DE. Looking to hire an accounting professional with a minimum of two years of related work experience with general accounting(General Ledger, journal entries, AP/AR) Logistics of the Role: Full Time - Direct Hire On Site 50-65k (Dependent on experience) Day to Day Activities: Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations Assisting with the month end close processes - Month End Close experience is required Maintaining documentation for accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchasing, and treasury functions Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations Meeting processing and reporting deadlines. Responding to information requests, reviewing financial statements, and assisting with audits Qualifications: Bachelors Degree is preferred (Accounting, Finance, or Related) Minimum of 2+ years of professional accounting experience service-oriented CRM system and QuickBooks Communications and Organizational Skills Experience with Microsoft Office Applications Powered by JazzHR
