Maintain an organized system for recording and tracking. Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and timely communication. Process payments Provide excellent customer service, anticipating needs and proactively addressing concerns. Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and generating reports as required. A/R reports P/L reports Accounts payable Accounts receivable Monthly reconciliation Payroll Qualifications: Billing Experience College excel Word Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
