In this role, you will take the wheel by being responsible for maintaining organizational efficiency of office operations, including overseeing bookkeeping functions such as billing, invoicing, bank reconciliations, and more. Website: Business Address: Unit 6, 13140, 88 Avenue, Surrey, BC, V3W 3K3Position: Bookkeeper Number of positions: 1Terms of employment: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: $26.50 per hour Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible Work location(s): Unit 6, 13140, 88 Avenue, Surrey, BC, V3W 3K3 Job Responsibilities Maintain records of financial transactions by establishing accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems. Prepare statistical, accounting, and financial reports through collection, analysis, and summarization of data. Prepare invoices, calculate, and process payroll, utility bills and other payments. Post journal entries and prepare financial statements. Conduct reconciliation of all accounts as needed. Prepare tax returns and other corporation filings. Position Requirements Completion of Secondary School. Minimum 1-2 year of relevant experience or education (degree/diploma) in related field (e. g. accounting, bookkeeping etc. ). Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Effective written & oral communication. Problem solving & Critical thinking. Excellent interpersonal skills.
