DBA Neurofunction Rehab Positions Available: 1Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible Job Location(s): #A Avenue, Surrey, BC V3S 5N4Language: English Education: High School Certificate is required. College diploma will be an asset. Wage Rate: $25.00 /hour Experience: One or more years of experience required preferably in a medical or healthcare setting. Job Duties: • Maintain accurate financial records for services rendered. • Process invoices, payments, and reimbursements efficiently and accurately. • Reconcile accounts, ensuring consistency and precision. • Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to resolve any billing discrepancies. • Stay updated on medical coding and billing regulations to ensure compliance. • Generate financial reports and summaries for management review. • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll. • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements. • Post journal entries and prepare trial balance of books• Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports. • Processing GST, PST and other tax payments • Filing WCB and Work Safe BC documentation Work Conditions & Physical Capabilities: • Attention to detail• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong understanding of medical billing procedures, codes, and terminology. • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism HOW TO APPLY: Please Send Resume as Specified Below: Email: xyz X@Fax: 604 427 xyz X.
