Olson Financial Services - Part-Time Bookkeeper/Assistant Job Description: We are looking for a positive and organized person to help manage the administrative needs of a family-owned wealth management and insurance firm. This person will work closely with the owner and his clients. Part-time position with flexible hours - 20 hours a week. Hourly pay based on experience. Qualifications: Bookkeeping experience QuickBooks experience preferred Microsoft Office experience Strong organizational and task management skills Positive attitude and eagerness to learn Patience with elderly clients who may be slow at or not use recent technology Financial services/insurance industry experience preferred Background check required Education requirements: High School diploma or AA Degree.Our clients always come first!
