NOC Group: 12200NOC Job Title: Bookkeeper (NOC 12200) Company Name: AVH General Services and Operation Ltd Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Job Location: Unit 101, 12899 76 Ave, Surrey, BC, V3W 1E6, Canada Salary: $25.00 per hour Education: Completion of High School Experience: 1 to 2 years Language: English Start Date of Employment (Approx. ): As soon as possible Positions Available: 1 Personal Suitability Effective interpersonal skills, team player, Excellent written and oral communication, reliability, client focus, accurate, organized, flexibility Job Description: • Keep financial records, records pf account outstanding, establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems. • Post journal entries and reconcile accounts, prepare trial balance of books, maintain general ledgers and prepare financial statements. • Calculate and prepare cheques for payrolls and for utility, tax and other bills. • Complete and submit tax remittance forms, workers' compensation forms, pension contribution forms and other government documents. • Prepare tax returns and perform other personal bookkeeping services• Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports.
