Summary: To operate, maintain, and service boilers, air compressors, chillers, hydraulic pumps, clarifiers, and cooling towers. Responsibilities: Operate, maintain, and service boilers, air compressors, chillers, hydraulic pumps, clarifiers, and cooling towers. Rebuild worn pumps, valves, and repair or replace piping systems. Assist other team members in providing information or collecting data relative to the plant services. Maintain an inventory of parts and reorder supplies. Perform chemical treatment for all systems. Required to maintain work records (work orders, PM's, Materials and parts) on computerized Maintenance system. Requirements: A minimum of 3 years experience as Boiler Operator is reqired. Must possess a Mass 2nd Class Fireman License. Must work well with others and have communication and interpersonal skills. Universal refrigeration license is a plus. Demonstrated mechanical skills techniques Knowledge of HVAC Knowledge of plumbing and piping Read, write and speak English Follow manufacturing/equipment specifications Perform basic math calculations Use blueprints and schematics Use a computer Use/understand measuring devices/tolerances Use various hand and power tools Learn and apply quality standards of workmanship/product To obtain forklift pallet-jack and/or man-lift license PDN-9bc55a45-849d-41a3-b901-9e992ee6352d
