We are currently seeking a Boat Driver to join our team at Callaway Gardens! As a Boat Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and enjoyable operation of our rental equipment and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Responsibilities: Train on daily operation duties, including opening and closing rental procedures, safety standards, and basic boating courses. Prepare all daily equipment, safety checks, and operational duties. Maintain documentation, including guest waivers and ensure each participant has completed all necessary paperwork. Perform safety checks on all rental equipment daily and after each guest use. Provide clear communication of instructions, including safety briefings for each rental participant before entering the water. Maintain weekly inventory of operating supplies and rental equipment. Attend all required program staff meetings and trainings. Adhere to the company dress code and wear issued uniform and nametag. Create a nurturing, positive, and professional environment while promoting program policies and procedures amongst staff, volunteers, and the community. Communicate clearly, honestly, and respectfully with all staff and participants. Complete all other duties as specified during staff training and onboarding. Qualifications: Minimum age requirement of 25 years Ability to work on your feet throughout the day and flexible working availability including weekends and holidays. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Completion of a background check Ability to stand for long periods of time and work outside in extreme weather conditions. Able to lift at least 50 lbs. Be able to obtain Boater Safety License and complete all course work. Boat driving experience preferred. Must have a valid driver's license.
