Schedule: Your full-time hybrid schedule will align with our operating hours Monday - Friday from8am - 8pm to 8am EST - 7pm EST Requirements: Board certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Strong communication and leadership skills A passion for collaboration and continuous learning Dedication to upholding ethical standards and best practices in behavior analysis ABOUT US At The Treetop Therapy, we provide personalized ABA therapy services for children with autism. With locations in Georgia, Arizona, and Massachusetts, we help our clients meet their goals and reach new heights. We work with children from ages 2 to 18, helping them and their families learn vital skills that impact their development. Our mission to empower others doesn't end with our clients; we're also committed to helping every employee reach their full potential! As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you'll dive into conducting assessments, crafting tailored intervention plans, and overseeing program management for children with autism. Your expertise will guide a dedicated team of therapists, providing mentorship and hands-on training to ensure each child receives the highest quality of care. Throughout the day, you'll engage in ongoing parent training sessions, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed.
