You'll be:⢠Responsible for servicing and repairing vehicles as assigned by the Service Manager⢠Performing work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards⢠Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and performing repairs⢠Maintaining leading-edge knowledge of automotive diagnosis technology, digital manuals, and reference materials⢠Keeping the shop area neat and clean, and being able to account for dealership tools at all times⢠Road-testing vehicles to ensure quality repair⢠Adapting to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry, as well as in the diagnostics arenaThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:⢠Have BMW/MINI Certified (highly desired, but not required)⢠Have a minimum of 1+ years of dealer-level or large facility experience⢠Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record⢠Have a high school diploma or equivalent⢠Have the ability to stay current by attending technical training schools and by reading shop manuals, technical bulletins, etc.What happens next:Once you apply, you'll proceed to the next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
