Blender Operator - 2nd Shift

**COME GROW WITH US!** **SEEKING A 2nd SHIFT (3pm-11pm) Monday - Friday to join our TEAM!** Job Summary:The Blender Operator at Newly Weds Food in Gerald, MO will be responsible for operating and maintaining the blender machine to process raw ingredients and produce dry food blends. This is a full-time, 2nd shift position that requires an individual who is detail-oriented, able to work independently, and has a strong understanding of food processing equipment. The Blender Operator will report to the Production Supervisor and work closely with other team members to ensure the efficient and safe production of high-quality dry food blends. Compensation & Benefits: --- Competitive salary based on experience Outstanding Medical/Dental/Prescription Drug coverage with a $250.00 deductible for $12.24 / Single (Weekly and $42.46/Family (Weekly).--- Eligible for full benefits package on the 91st day.--- Paid time off and holiday pay (after 30 days of employment)--- Opportunities for growth and development within the company Responsibilities: --- Operate the blender machine in accordance with standard operating procedures--- Monitor and adjust machine settings as needed to ensure desired blend consistency--- Ensure all ingredients are properly measured and weighed before loading into the blender--- Maintain accurate production and inventory records--- Perform regular quality checks on blends to ensure they meet company standards--- Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment malfunctions or issues in a timely manner--- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area--- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors--- Assist with other production tasks as needed Requirements: --- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.--- Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.--- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment--- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow operating procedures.--- Basic math skills and ability to accurately measure and weigh ingredients--- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of timeEEOC statement:Newly Weds Food is an equal opportunity employer and considers all qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or any other legally protected status.
