*** $2000 Commitment Bonus Available!! *** Dickinson Center, Inc . has provided a continuum of mental health, intellectual disability, and Children's Prevention services in Northwestern Pennsylvania since 1958. Dickinson Center, Inc. is a progressive non-profit organization with almost 200 employees and an annual operating budget of nearly $10 million. Dickinson Center is seeking to fill a 40 hour per week position in its Blended Case Management program. This position is not a Fee For Service position. The hourly rate remains the same for the entire 40 hours worked. Benefit eligible. The case manager works with mental health consumers to access, link, coordinate and monitor needs of services. Qualified applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree in human services field or Associate's degree in human service field with at least two years experience in direct contact with mental health consumers. Strong time management and organizational skills are essential. Dependable transportation required. Education / Experience Bachelor's degree with major course work in human service, education or social science field; or Associate's degree in Human Service field with at least two years experience with mental health consumer. Certifications & Licenses Valid driver's license.
