About Chatterbox Pediatric Therapy Founded in 2011, we are a privately-owned outpatient pediatric therapy clinic with two offices located in Pooler and Richmond Hill, Georgia. Our mission is to help children reach their fullest potential by providing exceptional physical, occupational, and speech therapy services. We ensure our clinic is an enriching and enjoyable environment where all children can thrive. Our team is filled with experienced professionals. Our team provides children, families and physicians with the highest quality services available within a fun learning environment. For our amazing staff, we offer support from clinical leadership and management, mentorship, and continuing education. As a Billing and Collections Specialist , attention to detail and focus is essential, as well as needing to review documentation and complete uploads in a timely manner. Multi-tasking skills are essential for this position including p erforming other clerical such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing. This role may require working in shifts, so flexibility to work 20-25 hours a week Monday-Friday is necessary. Most importantly, the ideal candidate must have exceptional customer service skills and love working with children and their families! Qualifications Our ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated and professional. We would love it if you had knowledge of CPT, ICD 10 codes, Medicaid guidelines and basic knowledge of Excel. A splash of Pediatric and/or therapy billing experience and a minimum of a High school degree would round out the best fit for our organization.Additional certification in Office Management or Billing and proficiency in Spanish is a plus.Location: 31322Job Type: Part-timeThis is a part-time position, 20-25 hour a week.
