Job Title: Service Lead Location: Nijmegen Netherlands Salary: €2600 to €3100 depending on experience Are you passionate about cycling and dedicated to providing exceptional service Join our client’s team as a Service Lead at the bike shop located in Nijmegen Responsibilities: As a Service Lead, you will oversee the final stages of bicycle servicing, ensuring impeccable quality before the bikes reach our customers. Your main duties will involve: Supervising repairs and maintenance checks on bicycles ready for customer return. Opening and closing the workshops. Monitoring workshop operations, ensuring adequate staffing for planned tasks. Clarifying responsibilities to workshop colleagues. Taking responsibility for the safe storage and maintenance of all equipment and tools. Managing and organizing workshop inventory. Qualifications: Our clients is seeking a candidate residing in Nijmegen or nearby, with 3-5 years of relevant experience. A minimum of an MBO working and thinking level in a technical/commercial direction is required. Your enthusiasm for our products should be reflected in your work ethic.
