As our clients Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for all commercial and contractual functions, assisting to develop and implement overall strategy, growth, and profitability. As Commercial Bid Manager, you will be responsible for: Development, implementation, and management of efficient and effective commercial procedures across the business. Providing commercial insights, driving profitable growth, and supporting the delivery of the organisation's long-term goals. Key commercial interface across the account on all commercial issues. Preparation of contract variations and client finance model. Creation, maintenance, and enforcement of policies, procedures, and governance to manage commercial risk as well as leading contractual negotiations in conjunction with the Senior Leadership Team. Providing support to the operations team with regards contractual commercial requirements, and any related commercial implications of non-performance. As an experienced Commercial Bid Manager, you will bring: Previous experience of working within a similar Commercial team or role. Manage the bid life cycle process from pre-bid through to debrief. Previous experience of Facilities Management or a multi-site operation. Previous knowledge of supporting business full commercial life cycle, from bid to renewal/exit...
