Job Summary To coordinate, collate and assist with writing and editing creative, innovative and exceptional quality bids for the company. To professionally tailor the bids to the requirements of each individual client by use of market intelligence research, liaison with internal and external key stakeholders and project managing the bid process end to end on own initiative. Will help translate the operational practice and procedures into proposals that sell the business within the marketplace. This is a demanding role, where attention to detail is paramount. The post holder will liaise across various business functions to develop viable and commercial delivery solutions and take responsibility for providing the fine details required to complete bids to tight deadlines and at times, in a highly pressurized, driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Assemble the bid team and prepare bid tools for managing the bid collation/submission process. Contribute to bid strategy and process to maximize chances of success Project manage all bid content by coordinating all company and management input and arranging bid team reviews to meet proposal production deadlines. Effective management and resolution of issues arising during any bid under management guidance. Review bid content at all stages to ensure quality, relevance and compliance objectives are met and if not, to escalate to the appropriate individual/department...
