Your role will involve direct coordination with crews, managing project schedules, ensuring quality control, and maintaining excellent communication with our clients and internal team. Key Responsibilities: Crew Coordination: Engage with crew members ahead of time to organize job details, material needs, and subcontractor status. Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring readiness and quality, while communicating any issues promptly. Quality Control: Implement rigorous quality checks, completing detailed QC checklists to uphold our standards. Communication: Maintain constant contact with customers and internal teams, providing updates and addressing concerns. Delivery & Supply Management: Ensure timely delivery of materials, stepping in to resolve any shortages personally. Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for any project challenges, coordinating with the production and operations managers. Who You Are: Experienced in construction or drywall management. Organized, with a knack for managing multiple projects. An excellent communicator, fluent in both Spanish and English.
