BEVERAGE SERVICE SUPERVISOR at Sand Mountain Park & Amphitheater Sports Facilities Food & Beverage Alabama, LLC LOCATION: Albertville, AL STATUS: PART-TIME ABOUT THE COMPANY: Sports Facilities Food and Beverage Alabama, LLC ("the Company") is engaged to provide concession services at the Sand Mountain Park & Amphitheater (the "Facility") in Albertville, Alabama. The Facility offers a wide variety of both local use and sports tourism use for all guests to enjoy and is home to an aquatic center, outdoor waterpark, fitness center, tennis center, an RV park, and the Sand Mountain Amphitheater. POSITION SUMMARY: The Beverage Service Supervisor provides efficient service to our guests with superior professionalism, courtesy, and executes the Company's Guest 1st Service standards for all beverage operations. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: Directly aligns with the Company's Mission Statement and Core Values Ensure all pouring and serving standards adhere to ServSafe requirements for all bar operations Oversee the preparation and serving of alcoholic beverages at Sand Mountain Park & Amphitheater to ensure compliance with ABC and Company guidelines Work in a proactive manner with strong attention to detail Embrace and contribute to a culture of safety and compliance Work in conjunction with bartenders to set up and breakdown all bars prior to and following events Oversee that all patrons with alcoholic beverages have a wrist band Leads Company's compliance with federal, state and local alcoholic beverage laws and ordinances in all respects MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ years of hospitality/alcoholic beverage management experience; high volume environment experience preferred 3+ years bartending, and bartending training experience is preferred The ability to manage in a fast-paced, diverse environment with a focus on client and customer services is essential Knowledge of and experience with planning and executing events is required Candidate must be willing to nights, weekends and holidays as necessary ServSafe Alcohol certification is preferred WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to lift 30 pounds May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors Facility has intermittent noise Job Posted by ApplicantPro
