New employees will go through formal training process, with regular meetings with mentor/manager to foster performance and success. No licenses needed to apply - we help you through licensing! Qualifications : Positive attitude with openness to coaching/training Driven work ethic with willing to learn and grow Strong communication and interpersonal skills Able to manage time and work independently, particularly in a remote setting Requirements : Computer and phone skills - Conduct virtual meetings with clients to understand their financial needs.
