Must be able to demonstate outstanding guest service at all times and be able to respond quickly and professionally to all guest requests. Assist in controlling expenses and payroll daily in order to meet guest requests. Responsible for hiring , scheduling, disciplining, training, and reviewing employees. Keep the Front Office Manager informed on all Bellstand activities and have positive and productive communication with all departments. Responsible for the vans, papers, and the bellman hand carts. Ensuring that they are clean and in excellent working condition. Must have a valid drivers license and unmarked driving record. Responsible for the proper and timely delivery of all guest amenities.
