$500 Sign-on Bonus Available! Bluestem Center for Autism is an innovative new clinic in search of behavioral health professionals at all skill levels. At Bluestem Center for Autism , you will have the opportunity to gain experience with a variety of age groups and develop clinical skills that will further your career in behavioral health or related fields, such as mental health, physical/occupational therapy, education, and more by providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment to children on the Autism Spectrum. We provide high-quality, evidence-based services to children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families, and are looking for passionate individuals certified as an RBT to join our growing team. Salary: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour and a Comprehensive Benefit Package which includes: 401(k) with employer match Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision Insurance Life insurance Voluntary STD, LTD, Additional Life Insurance Flexible schedule Paid time off Paid Holidays, including 1 choice holiday Employee Assistance Program Community Service time off Parental leave Professional development assistance Referral program As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) , you will: Receive thorough, paid training and ongoing supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst Provide 1:1 therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults with ASD Utilize discrete trial teaching, prompting, behavior reduction techniques, and more to support individuals in achieving independence Collect, record, and summarize data using company-provided devices and cutting-edge technology Be part of a team that values collaboration, ongoing training and education, work ethic, and community engagement You may be the right fit for this position if you (minimum qualifications): Have a high school diploma or higher Have Covid-19 vaccination Have reliable transportation Are willing to complete mandatory RBT training, de-escalation training, and ongoing supervision requirements Meet the physical demands of a job that requires you to actively engage with children and assist in daily living activities Are passionate about working with youth on skills such as communication, social skills, and behavior management You are absolutely the right fit for this position if you (preferred qualifications): Have a bachelor's degree in a human services field such as psychology, physical/occupational/speech therapy, education, and other related fields Have experience working with children with ASD or other developmental, behavioral, or intellectual disabilities Are planning to pursue a career in the behavioral health field and want to gain invaluable experience as well as mentorship from professionals in the field Job Type: Full-time Medical Specialty: Pediatrics Schedule: Monday to Friday Typically 8am-4pm Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay Work Location: 55021 New employee start dates are contingent upon employee background study (fingerprinting may be required), funding sources paperwork completion, and any additional requirements imposed by federal, state, or local law, or funding sources requirements.
