We are recruiting for the following position : Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor - Posting #25378 Salary: $75k+ per year, negotiable Position Summary: Sea Mar Child and Family Behavioral Health Clinic is seeing a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our growing Silverlake team. As Clinical Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the Program Manager to supervise and support the well-being of our clinical staff, ensuring the provision of high-quality care to our clients. Responsibilities: Supervise and provide guidance to staff including therapists, case managers, interns, and support staff. Plan, schedule and direct the day-to-day work of clinical staff ensuring efficient and effective service delivery Train new employees and provide ongoing professional development opportunities to provide clinical skills Assist program manager with hiring, performance appraisal, rewarding and disciplining employees Address complaints, resolve problems and promote a positive supportive work environment Establish and maintain programs that prioritize staff wellness, self-care, and mental health support Ensure compliance with agency policies, procedures, and contractual obligations Carry a small caseload of clients to provide direct care and clinical expertise Collaborate with other supervisors and team members to ensure coordinated care and optimal client outcomes Participate in quality improvement activities and contribute to program development initiatives Perform other duties as needed to support Sea Mar’s mission and objectives. Qualifications and requirements: Must hold a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in counseling, social work, psychology or related field. Must meet WA state clinical supervisor requirement and hold a current LICSW, LMHC, LMFT or another related licensure required. Ability to provide licensure supervision to associate level clinicians preferred Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 Proven clinical experience working with individuals preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to establish rapport with clients, staff and peers Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities Preference for Bilingual English/Spanish speaker What We Offer: Sea Mar offers talented and motivated people the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing community health organization.
