DAY-TO-DAY This full-time autism case management position works during the day . As a Behavioral Health Assistant Case Manager, you work with your team to provide a well-organized and aesthetically pleasing classroom. You assist the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with all management duties necessary to meet ABA program implementation. Supporting clients as they advance socially and academically, you help establish a superior curriculum and train staff members. Working independently with each child in various locations, you develop appropriate instructional materials that will support them in reaching social, communicative, and behavioral goals. You complete treatment progress notes and all other required documentation quickly and accurately. Keeping apprised of current trends and practices in behavioral health makes you an asset to our human services nonprofit, and that is why you are perfect for this case management position! REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in an area related to autism such as applied behavior analysis, child development, psychology, or a related field Certified, by an approved provider, in adult CPR with AED and infant-child CPR Certified, by an approved provider, in basic first aid Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and other office equipment Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and an acceptable driving record Covid-19 vaccination Board-certified Assistant Behavior Analyst OR a Registered Junior Instructor Board-certified ABA with one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum is preferred but not required.
