Pay: $12.00 - $35.00 per hour Frontyard Brewing is looking for some awesome weekend and occasional weekday beer-tenders to join our team. While Frontyard has been open since 2017, we just our taproom last November. We are a family friendly brewery whose passion is great beer and connecting with our neighbors. We share nine acres with a winery and have crafted a spacious gathering spot for the surrounding communities (the new "Cheers" according to several of our patrons). If this sounds like something you'd like to be a part of keep reading! Job Duties include: Have a strong understanding of our beers and make recommendations to customers as needed (will be trained) Serve guests quickly while ensuring safe and responsible consumption of beer Provides friendly and hospitable service to guests; goes above and beyond to make the customers experience excellent Serve guests quickly while ensuring safe and responsible consumption of beer Operate our point of sale system efficiently Bussing tables while checking on guests Demonstrate a team mentality by doing any other tasks asked of by management Opening and closing duties that include but are not limited to cleaning tap room/bathrooms, restocking supplies Qualifications: Friendly, caring and outgoing Able to work well in a fast-paced environment Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal direction Takes direction well and is a team player Able to stand for at least 5 hours at a time Must be able to move kegs independently Must be TABC and TX Food Handler Certified Understands the importance of creating a culture within our team that is inviting to our patrons Job Posted by ApplicantPro
