The team at Woodfords Family Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join and grow their School-Based Program! This is a full-time, salaried, and generously benefited position, located in the Portland, ME region! Who We Are Woodfords Family Services is a nonprofit organization that's been committed to the support and inclusion of people with special needs and their families in Maine communities for over 55 years! Today, the organization provides an array of clinical, behavioral health and educational programs to more than 2,000 children, youth and adults living with autism, developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses across the state of Maine. Position Summary The BCBA is an essential part of the treatment team, providing an array of behavioral and clinical consultative services to children and teenagers with various intellectual, developmental, and cognitive disabilities in a school-based setting. Services, supports, and interventions are determined based on a collection of evaluations, assessments, and behavioral observations through which are conducted and analyzed by the BCBA. In addition, the BCBA plays a vital role in the effective training and implementation of individualized behavior plans and supports. Through regular and ongoing supervision of Behavioral Health Professionals (BHPs), the BCBA oversees and manages the behavior plans and makes appropriate modifications as appropriate. Compensation & Schedule $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 annual salary, commensurate with experience and education BCBAs work a full-time caseload.
