Bartender Part-Time (10-20 hrs/month)Milwaukee, WI W e're looking for you to help us crush our events while earning some extra cash! Earn $15 per hour + an average of $100+ per shift in tips Work 2-3 shifts per month (or more if you want to!) Receive all event dates for the summer so you can pick your shifts + plan your summer! What we expect from you in this position: Assist the Event Lead with all bartending needs for full-service events and weddings. Provide guests with prompt, seamless service to avoid long wait times and lines. Ensure the bar operates smoothly, keeping the bar area and equipment clean and tidy. Based on the event drink menu, craft cocktails, pour beer and wine, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests. Make sure bars are well stocked with ice, liquor, beverages, napkins, straws, glassware, and garnishes. Execute bar set-up and take-down. Learn items on drink menu and know how to make classic cocktails; knowledge of proper drink proportions and proper glassware. Maintain high-quality standards as it pertains to client service, drink presentation, safety, and health standards. Assist with other duties as necessary or assigned to ensure company, team, and event success. Most importantly, we expect you to show up for yourself, your team, and our clients. What you can expect from us: $15/hour plus tips. Complimentary meals during shifts. Growth opportunities within Brazen Standard Hospitality . Most importantly, to be treated with respect. The ideal candidate for this role will must have some bartending service experience. The ability to work with a team at off-site catering events is essential. This position is part-time and requires working nights and weekends, mainly at off-site catering events in the Greater Milwaukee area. This position reports to the Event Lead.
