We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities:- Greet customers and take their drink orders promptly- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol- Upsell additional food and beverage items to increase sales- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations during busy periods- Adhere to all health and safety regulationsExperience:- Previous experience as a Bartender in the food industry is preferred- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and cocktail recipes- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating a cash register or POS system- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner- Experience in banquet or event settings is a plus- Proficiency in using Toast POS system is an advantageJoin our team today and showcase your bartending skills while providing exceptional service to our valued customers.
