Bartender Position Summary: Murphy’s Bartenders enthusiastically provide an excellent guest drinking and dining experience. Our skilled Bartenders must be able to create classic and innovative cocktails, have extensive beer and wine knowledge as well as full knowledge of Murphy’s Taproom’s standard menu and daily specials. Responsibilities: Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons, strong knowledge of liquors, wines and beer.Remain calm and professional while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.Engage with customers, efficiently take orders and serve food and drinks.Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.Regular preparation of fruit, juices, all mix ingredients.Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.Comply with all food and beverage regulations. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Minimum 21 years of age.Reliable transportation required.
