Where You Belong.Job SummaryThe position of Barista is responsible for making and selling coffee, drinks and food items to Members and their guests.Day-to-Day * Educates Members by presenting the menu and answering questions. * Sells coffees by explaining differences in coffee beans, coffee preparation machines and demonstrating how brewing equipment operates. * Maintains inventories by replenishing and restocking coffee bean supply, brewing equipment, supplies, pastries, and cookies for the coffee bar. * Keeps equipment operable by following operating instructions, maintaining supplies, and performing preventive maintenance calling for repairs. * Improves the appearance of the store and coffee bar to drive up sales. About You * Six months experience as a barista. * Excellent communication skills and articulate speech. Ability to follow instructions well. * Possesses a passion for exceeding Member expectations and a commitment to excellence that results in providing the highest quality Member and guest experience.
