Description:
- Clean and sanitize bar area, including counters, equipment, and glassware - Restock bar supplies, such as liquor, mixers, and garnishes- Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages, such as sodas and juices- Assist bartenders with preparing and serving alcoholic drinks- Maintain inventory and report any shortages or discrepancies- Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, answering any questions and addressing any concerns- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently- Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area for service- Adhere to all company policies and proceduresQualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience in a similar role preferred- Knowledge of basic drink recipes and mixology techniques- Excellent customer service and communication skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays- Must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid food handler's certificate and TIPS certification
