The Bar Manager role is responsible for lounge operations.Summary: * Organizing and conducting pre-shift and departmental meetings, * Scheduling and directing staff in their work assignments, * Creating forecast and revenue reports, * Organizing special events in the lobby lounge such as receptions and interacting pro-actively and positively with guests. * This role with also assist with the interviewing, selection, and training of associates.
