Banquet Sous Chef Location: Orlando, FLSalary: 70,000 Negotiable Our client is an esteemed luxury hospitality brand, celebrated for its unwavering commitment to exceptional service and refined elegance. They are in search of a Banquet Sous Chef to join their team who can provide culinary support and leadership in the banquet department. Responsibilities: Supervise the entire culinary team of the dining outlet Assist with creating menu recipes, creating specials, and completion of inventory orders Run the line, and entire kitchen in the absence of the Chef Lead the charge on all standards, train employees on standards and menus, recipes, and cooking procedures Cater to large-scale events for guest Ideal Banquet Sous Chef: Must have at least 2-3 years of Sous Chef or higher experience At least 2 years experience in Banquet or Culinary operations preferred Possess great communication skills and experience in using/working with a computer Must be “Food Safe Certified”, and Birch Street knowledge is a plus A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently If you’re interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to Declan today COREcruitment are experts in recruiting for the service sector.
